Year 4 Teacher Required for Jan 2024

We are working with a Darlington Primary school to recruit a suitably qualified Keystage 2 teacher to cover a Maternity leave from Jan to July 2024.
Our client school has some key challenges for the coming year:
- Working with the school strategy for behaviour to enable a clear direction for the pupils
- Continue the new English scheme which was successfully implemented in September
- Provide continuity for the pupils, allowing them the best opportunity to acheive well academically
- Enjoy the work environment with other supportive staff members
- Offer additional opportunities in school to enrich the school experience

We are looking for suitable long term enthusiastic Teachers to engage and teach Year 4 pupils.
However, If this role isn’t for you we have new roles opening up regularly with different schools, if you are wanting to work across multiple schools in the area- this is also possible. This can be a fast paced dynamic working environment so candidates are encouraged to have an open mind as to the nature of work.
Successful Candidates would have:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Be able to provide 2 teaching references from previous experience
- Ability to travel to places of work
Desirable qualities looked for in candidates include: Experience of subject leadership, Phonics, Maths, Coaching, Sports experience, additional training in relevant employment fields and similar.
